Replacement Windows Photo Album: Eisentraut in New Hope, Pennsylvania
This home in New Hope,Pa. had windows incorrectly installed 5 years ago. Because of this they had major water leaks that damaged drywall and mold had formed. After much research they hired Earth Smart remodeling to correct and install a quality window system. We installed 24 windows in addition to a new front door, and a patio door with internal sun blinds. When removing the old leaking vinyl windows we discovered that the correct flashing was not installed and high-quality exterior caulking was not used. When removing builders windows it is very important to flash correctly and use the correct caulking. Builders do not build homes so that window replacement is easy. This type of installation is very common today. Our customer is very happy and grateful to have such a hassle-free experience and we are happy to please them. Hiring an experienced window company with great reviews, no complaints with the BBB, and many referrals is a way for all homeowners to make sure they do not go through the same horrible experience these nice folks had to go through.
