We installed a new bay window by replacing an old bow window for this home in Jenkintown. Pa. When installing a bay or bow window it is important to have a cable support system installed to prevent the window from sagging. As seen in these pictures there are cables running through the window frames, and then anchored into the brick. Once anchored the turn buckle pulls the window to level. This process assures the window will stay level, and the windows will open and close with no chance of air infiltration. Once completed a new roof pent is installed to protect the top of the window from the elements.

These five windows had seen much better days. Our team installed five brand new triple pane double hung windows that will keep this home protected for years to come all while boosting the home's curb appeal.

This 20-year-old Ambler home had 22 builder grade windows that were starting to fail and needed replacement windows. The glass was fogged up and the balance systems were not working properly.  This is very common nowadays and cheap builder grade vinyl windows often only last 15-20 years. For the replacement windows we used all new high-end Sunrise vinyl windows with Low-E plus argon gas. These windows should last much longer and all of the windows and screens come with a lifetime warranty.

This homeowner called us out because their windows were leaking air. For their replacement windows they decided on Earth Smart Remodeling, Inc.'s Sunrise Window. The Sunrise window has one of the lowest air infiltration rates in the industry.  The windows were installed in 1 day into a brick opening.  We finished with silicon caulking and exterior aluminium capping. Now our clients can live comfortably and draft free!

We removed these old wood double hung windows and replaced them with beautiful new maintenance free double hung windows. These new windows are beautiful and energy efficient thanks to low-e and argon gas.

This home had 12 double hung windows with internal contour grids that needed to be replaced. Our window installers were happy to help. We quickly got to work installing replacement windows. The homeowner chose exterior PVC coated aluminum capping windows.

This home in Furlong, PA received new windows with perimeter prairie grids, high performance, triple pane glass, and were tan on the exterior and white on the interior. These happy homeowners also received a new Bay window in their kitchen, replacing a sliding window. On the exterior there was a custom made roof pent, and cable support system.

This window project in Newtown, Pa. involved custom paint on the exterior, and white on the interior, and came out beautifully. The homeowner was concerned that if they installed a regular vinyl window they would lose a lot of their glass due to bulky vinyl frames. Luckily this wasn't a problem with our window replacement. We installed our Sunrise, patented main frame window which allowed them to keep the glass space without bulky vinyl. Custom formed PVC coated aluminum capping makes for a maintenance free exterior and provides a great look. Another very happy customer!!

This customer had 5 lite window with grids that included too much wood. They wanted to update the style of the window to enlarge the view of their back yard, so Earth Smart Remodeling, Inc. changed the window to one large picture window flanked by two casements. We changed the grids to perimeter prairie for an extra bit of flair. We think you'll agree that the finished product looks great!

This home in Washington Crossing Pa. required quite a bit of additional work since there was extensive wood rot. We replaced all the rotted wood, insulated the frames, and installed custom formed aluminum capping. The before and after pictures show a nice clean, maintenance free exterior. Our slim line windows also show a lot of glass and very little viny which helps boost the home's curb appeal and let in more light. Our customer was very happy.
